Holiday Gadget Gift Guide

December 13, 2007

I’m sure most of us out there are still trying to finish up our Christmas shopping…or some of us are just getting started. No matter who you have on your list this year, you are bound to have someone that wants a high tech gadget under the tree.

There are a lot of gadgets out there this year, and this is just a very small sample of some of the things people are vying. Looks like there is something for everyone, what phones are the hot must haves this Christmas? The AT&T Tilt, The Blackjack II and the Blackberry 8310 with GPS.
And there are cameras too, I’m buying myself one of these this year, the Sanyo HD camcorder. It’s a very good dual purpose camera, both for picture taking and for HD or standard video capture. And I like this Kodak V803 camera too, this is a great camera for anyone.
And one of the most sought after gifts this season is a digital picture frame. This one by Mustek not only shows your pictures, but it plays MP3s as well.
I talked my husband into getting a Slingbox and it’s one of the most wanted gadgets. This other unit is the, no pun intended is the Iluv Bluetooth ipod docking station. This really is a nice accent to your bedroom or kitchen, it’s got great sound quality and reasonably priced.
Then for the person who’s wanting to keep on route, the Delphi Nav200, GPS is really hot this year, most every I’ve talked to either wants a GPS or has one.

And we can’t forget about the stocking stuffers. Lots of great ideas for pretty much anyone, even the hard to buy for person. And of course Bluetooth headsets, there are so many to choose from, but if you want stylish, or more functional you can find whatever you are looking for. And with Highland Park just passing that restriction about no cell phone calls in school zones, it’s a definite safe bet to purchase one of these.
Just a few more ideas, like phone cases, to the cell purse and the protective skin covering, any case would make a great stocking stuffer. But overall, I think my favorite must have gadget this Christmas is the Nokia card reader, it has so many uses and I can’t tell you the number of times I have used it this week!
